G-Power has introduced a new model – a limited edition one – based on the BMW X5, which they named Typhoon Black Pearl. The price of this vehicle is $415,000 and can already be ordered.
Black Pearl Typhoon is painted black on the outside (this is where its name comes from) and was equipped with a kit that gives it an aggressive look and which consists of a new hood with improved ventilation, prominent fenders, a rear spoiler in the back , aerodynamic side skirts and Silverstone 23-inch aluminum rims, wearing Michelin performance tires.
Under the hood, G-Power has given the vehicle with a 4.8-liter V8 engine, supercharged, producing 625 HP and 516 lb-ft of torque. Black Pearl accelerates from 0 to 60 mph in 4.5 seconds, 0 to 125 mph in 16 seconds, and has a top speed of 186 mph.
Other improvements include an air intake system made of carbon fiber, aluminum air cooling system, SpeedFlow high performance exhaust system, forged MAHLE pistons and new fuel injectors.
The tag of the new model based on BMW X5 is $415,000. Typhoon Black Pearl can already be order. Still I wonder if Captain Jack Sparrow is aware that the guys from G-Power borrowed the name of his ship. Or maybe the crazy seaman will buy one for himself too.
