The Honda City in India has seen many versions, each time keeping up with the standards of the times and offering something attractive to customers. Now Honda Siel Cars India has launched two new versions of the City in India, the Honda City 1.5V and the Honda City 1.5S. The two new cars feature brand new beige interiors.
The new Honda City 1.5V (MT and AT models) features 5 spoke alloy wheels, elegant front fog lamps, and chrome door handles, as well as new front and rear mud guards, and new sporty exhaust finisher. The interiors are furnished with beige high quality fabric seats, painted inner door handles, door lining garnish, silver coloured fan knob, and a power windows panel. In addition the City 1.5V gets a driver seat back pocket and dual front tweeters for best quality music.

With the recently launched Honda Jazz, the refreshed new Honda Civic and now this V-Grade Honda City, we have a whole new line-up for all our customers to choose from.”
The Honda City is equipped with a 1.5 litre, 4 cylinder, new generation i-VTEC engine capable of 118 PS. The car features ABS with Brake Assist, Dual SRS airbags, pre-tensioner seat belts and G-CON (G-Force Control Technology) body, which ensure high survivability of the occupants of the car. Also the front body structure of the Honda City is designed for better pedestrian safety.
The new Honda City will be available as SMT, VMT and VAT and there will be two additional variants, Elegance and Inspire. The Honda City will have an additional colour option of Deep Sapphire Blue for a limited time during the festive season, which is in addition to the existing colour line.
The Delhi ex-showroom prices of the new City range are as follows: The 1.5S MT will cost Rs. 8,37,000, the 1.5V MT will cost Rs. 8,82,000 and the 1.5V AT will cost Rs. 9,54,000. The 1.5S MT Elegance and the 1.5S MT Inspire will cost Rs. 8,73,000 and Rs. 9,07,000 respectively, while the 1.5V MT Elegance will cost Rs. 9,16,000 and the 1.5V MT Inspire will cost Rs. 9,52,000. The prices of the 1.5V AT Elegance and the 1.5V AT Inspire are Rs. 9,88,000 and Rs. 10,24,000 respectively.
